• Do I need to book the restaurant in order to use a SquareMeal gift voucher?

  We recommend you always book to avoid disappointment. The SquareMeal gift voucher does not entitle the owner to priority booking with any restaurant.

• When should I tell the restaurant I am redeeming a SquareMeal gift voucher?

  The restaurant should be informed when booking that you have a gift voucher that you would like to redeem and present this on arrival for your meal.

• When will the gift voucher be delivered to the recipient?

  Vouchers are delivered by email and will be sent immediately on purchase.  Alternatively if the voucher has been bought as a gift a delivery date can be selected. If there are any problems with delivery please email support@squaremeal.co.uk

• Can I get change if I do not spend the full amount of the gift voucher?

  No, you must use the full voucher amount; the restaurant will not give cash, credit or new vouchers for any part of an unspent voucher.
